Le chef-lieu du Jura, Delémont, est l’hôte depuis plusieurs années d’un festival de bandes dessinées et romans graphiques.
A mi-juin, un week-end entier est consacré à des animations et rencontres avec les auteurs et illustrateurs. Cependant, des expositions restent en place dans diverses places et ruelles de la vieille ville pendant la majeure partie de l’été. Il y a une notice explicative pour chaque artiste et des notes sur l’album ou les illustrations présentées. Les styles sont très variés et l’on peut découvrir de nouveaux talents comme des auteurs déjà très connus, tels Zep, Plonk et Replonk.
Jenny s’y est rendue avec Zoé et nous aurons beaucoup de plaisir à y retourner l’an prochain pour la nouvelle édition.
The small “capital” of the canton of Jura, Delémont, has been hosting a graphic novel and comics festival for a few years.
A whole week-end in the middle of June is dedicated to conferences and encounters with authors and illustrators. However, a large number of exhibitions are scattered around the old town throughout most of the summer. Each illustrator/author is presented on a board and the work exhibited is commented on. There are many different styles and one can discover new talents as well as famous artists, such as Zep or Plonk and Replonk.
Jenny and Zoé enjoyed strolling around the exhibition and are planning to go back for the 9th edition next year.
