It started well: we met another couple of people coming to walk the GR20, so were able to share a taxi. This means that we got to Calenzana in just over one hour (instead of waiting 5h for the train, ride to Calvi for 3h and wait for the bus the next day).
We got started and spent our first night on an open plateau, about 2/3 of the itinerary of the first day. Beautiful sunset. There were another 10+ tents in that spot, GR20 oblige.
Bon départ : nous avons rencontré 2 autres personnes qui venaient en Corse pour le GR20, nous avons donc pu partager un taxi. En un peu plus d’une heure, nous sommes arrivés à Calenzana (au lieu d’attendre 5h le train, puis 3h pour arriver à Calvi et prendre le bus le lendemain).
Nous nous sommes mis en route et avons passé notre première nuit sur un plateau, à environ 2/3 du premier jour de marche. Beau coucher de soleil. Il y avait plus de dix autres tentes, GR20 oblige.
