Semla, a cardamome-flavoured bun, filled with almond paste and whipped cream, is eaten throughout Scandinavia between Christmas and Easter. Today was Semla day and we treated ourselves to a classic and a chocolate versions at Berzelii Choklad.


Semla, un beignet parfumé à la cardamome, fourré de pâte d’amandes et crème fouettée, est dégusté dans toute la Scandinavie entre Noël et Pâques. Aujourd’hui, le jour du Semla, nous nous sommes régalés des versions classique et au chocolat, chez Berzelii Choklad.
